Publishing Fee for Proceedings
Our proceedings publications are cost-effective and depend on the remaining time between the conference date and agreement to publish the proceedings.
If the time remaining between our agreement and event date is at least 6 months or more, a one-time nominal fee of $500 (USD) or ₹35000 (INR) will be applicable. This fee is independent of the number of articles or pages and applicable for publication of complete conference proceedings. This fee will require to pay at the time of agreement for proceedings publication.
If the time remaining between our agreement and event date is less than 6 months, $10 per article (or ₹700/ ₹750/article) will be applicable. A minimum of $500 or ₹35000 50% should be paid in advance at the time of agreement which will cover up to 50 articles. The remaining articles will be calculated as a per-article fee.
If the event already passed (past conferences), $25 per article (or ₹1750/article) will be applicable with a minimum of $500 or ₹35000 which will cover up to 20 articles. The remaining articles will be calculated as a per-article fee.

Note: The minimum amount 50% shall be paid in advance at the time of agreement which will be adjusted in the final cost. The publishing fee does not depend on the number of pages or authors per article. You may submit the proceedings proposal for the conference at this link.

Using our name/logo on any conference content prior to the agreement and payment of the advance minimum amount is prohibited.
