Information for Volume Editors
Selecting and collecting papers for conferences is managed by one or more persons, who form the editorial team and part of the publication committee. The quality of the papers is typically ensured before they are accepted in the proceedings through peer-reviewing by the publication committee of the conference set by the organizer. The level of quality control varies considerably from conference to conference based on peer-reviewing standard. Depending on the level of the conference, reviewing and paper selecting process can take up to a year. The volume editors decide about the composition of the proceedings, the order of the papers, and produce the preface, front matters and possibly other components of the proceedings. After the editors have collected sufficient accepted manuscripts, submit them to us in a single batch. We cannot publish any proceedings until the entire set of files submitted and meets the requirements of our publication and production systems.
