AIJR supports academic conferences through conference proceedings publication with ISBN assignment and Google Scholar indexing support. Eligible universities, colleges, hospitals, research institutes, and academic societies may qualify for complimentary conference proceedings publication.
Complimentary Conference Proceedings Publication
For conferences planned at least 9 months in advance
Academic institutions may qualify for complimentary conference proceedings publication when collaboration is established sufficiently in advance and publication quality requirements are fulfilled.
- Collaboration established at least 9 months before the conference date.
- Conference organized by a university, college, or hospital.
- Conference announced on the organizer’s official website.
- Peer review conducted according to AIJR guidelines.
- Editorial and publication ethics requirements fulfilled.
Conference Proceedings Publication Service
If your conference does not meet the eligibility requirements for complimentary publication, you can still publish your conference proceedings through AIJR’s standard publication service.
- Conferences with less than 9 months before the event.
- Conferences requiring a faster publication timeline.
- Conferences that do not qualify for the complimentary publication program.
Extended Journal Publication
Already Presented Your Research at a Conference?
Authors who have presented research at a conference may submit a substantially expanded version of their work for journal publication consideration.
- The manuscript should contain substantial additions beyond the conference version, including new results, analysis, discussion, or validation.
- The work may have been presented at a conference, but it should not already be published in any journal.
- All submissions undergo the journal’s normal editorial screening and peer-review process.
