In view of global restrictions on travel and recommended social distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic; conference organizers are forced to held their conferences online in virtual mode. Many conferences got canceled and some rescheduled as e-conference. We publish conference contents as proceedings, special issues, and abstract books for which organizers required to agree with a minimum payment regardless of the number of papers. In view of the current pandemic situation, AIJR decides to waive off the required minimum payment for online conferences up to a limited time period.
Virtual conference organizer will require to pay 50% of the expected number of papers in advance and the remaining amount shall be paid at the time of providing final conference contents. To publish papers of online conferences the organizer will require to pay only per conference article charge as summarized below-
Proceedings of e-Conference
The minimum required charge will not be applicable for online conferences and rest terms will be the same as earlier. A flat charge of $10 (or ₹750/) per article will be applicable with 50% advance payment. Visit this link for all other details and proposal submission.
Conference Issue of e-Conference
All terms of the conference issue publication will be the same as earlier except the minimum required payment. A flat charge of $50 (or ₹3500/) per article will be applicable with 50% advance payment. Visit this link for all other details and proposal submission.
Abstract Book of e-Conference
Book of abstracts for the virtual conference may be very useful and convenient for both organizers and participants. A flat charge of $250 (or ₹15000) for one complete abstract book of the conference will be applicable. Visit this link for all other details and proposal submission.
Using our name/logo on any conference content prior to the agreement and advance payment is prohibited.
